夜以繼日、日以繼夜工作英文點講？

星期五，或多或少有holiday mood。不過，工作時間還是要全程投入，有效率才可以準時放工，不用日做夜做。

「日做夜做」英文怎樣說？可以說work around/ round the clock，即是work all day and all night，時鐘繞過一圈又一圈，晝夜不停地工作。
